Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification as listed on Form I-9 (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-9_IFR_02-02-09.pdf); of which one must be a valid state or federal government-issued picture identification. Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S. Complete verification of identity and employment eligibility as required by Federal law for all persons hired to work in the United States.
