Administrative Assistant, SR., Motorsports

for our office in

Marietta, GA

. The Administrative Assistant Sr. provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to region field staff and executive leadership team by managing reporting, payroll incentives, travel coordination, and regional budgeting activities. The coordinator will oversee key processes including call report maintenance, invoice payments, monthly staff reporting, and execution of regional programs and approvals. Ensures efficient day-to-day operations through scheduling, meeting coordination, supply management, and maintenance of organized electronic filling systems.

What you'll be doing

• Perform general duties to include but not limited to: call report maintenance; demo approvals; external invoice payments; dealer credits/debits. • Manage monthly incentive payouts through payroll for field sales staff. • Solicit field staff and prepare monthly staff report (RQL) • Prepare/share monthly regional budget summaries with leadership. • Set up/coordinate meetings for regional teams • Maintain staff weekly schedules. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Process cancelled dealer buy back of P&A. • Order supplies, maintain electronic filing system. •

Advanced administrative support

What you need to be successful

• 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience • Advanced proficiency with productivity tools and collaboration platforms • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills • Experience supporting leadership or managing complex workflows • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
