@@HD@@ Job Description@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Roles and Responsibilities: @@/HD@@ Description: Responsibilities may include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products. @@HD@@ Essential Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Comply with EHS regulations and policies and understands Hazards, Risk assessment, Strength of defense. • Helps maintain safe working conditions by reporting safety concerns proactively • Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed • Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets • Maintains daily production output with compliance to required safety & quality standards • Performs quality inspections & reports any non-conformance found • Should have basic understanding of lean concepts such 5S, standard work, Kaizen, pokayoke and helps to maintain the lean standards by actively contributing to identify & resolve issues • Should have basic understanding of 7 QC tools, RCA, PFMEA, checklists, First pass yield • Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency • Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams @@HD@@ Qualifications/Requirements@@/HD@@ • High School Diploma in electrical/mechanical background or local equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience in wind turbine industry • Experienced in operating heavy lift EOT cranes • Demonstrated ability to follow safety first & zero-defect mindset • Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership Preferred Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent • 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience in wind turbine industry @@HD@@ Additional Information@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Relocation Assistance Provided: @@/HD@@ No
