The Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its members. The role owns all aspects of delivery-Operations and/or Technology-to ensure customer and client satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management. The Practice Manager defines key success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and creates a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The role also leads to resource strategy, financial planning, and demand-supply alignment, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations.
