Physician Assistant-Spinal Cord Injury-Open Continuous Announcement

The Physician Assistant will be selected to provide daily support for the activities of an established outpatient clinic in SCI/D center, the emerging Telehealth Program, expanding Home Health program and potentially to support on-going research projects for a major SCI/D treatment center. Based on interest and skillset of incumbent and service needs, cross coverage for SCI/D inpatient unit may also be a part of the responsibilities. Ongoing collaboration with physicians, and nursing staff. All qualified candidates encouraged to apply. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment. Applicants who refuse to be tested will be denied employment with VA. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
