team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in building our business strategy, ensuring we make the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions to accelerate our global growth. Get to know our Finance team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

You’ll be joining the

team. We partner cross-functionally to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model, carrying projects from initial conception through to final execution. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: •

Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop new investment decision-making frameworks and drive strategy in a dynamic environment. •

Own complex models and analyses to help the business strike the optimal balance between aggressive growth and long-term profitability. •

Lead high-impact modelling exercises to support key initiatives, sizing new opportunities and building business cases for innovative products. •

Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to uncover trends, assessing current and future risks while identifying new market opportunities. •

Lead special projects to automate and scale our forecasting and reporting tools, ensuring our methodologies evolve alongside the business. •

Work closely with operators and departmental leaders to develop new policies and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with our financial targets.

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: •

Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth tech environment. •

The ability to earn the trust of senior leaders and influence strategic thinking across a matrixed organisation. •

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models that distill data into digestible insights. •

Experience owning forecasts and budgets for major functional areas, working directly with operators to hit performance targets. •

Proficiency in SQL (or a strong willingness to learn) to manipulate large datasets and uncover hidden business insights.
