The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As Lead, integrated Media Creator Affiliate Operations & Insights Analyst, you will …

Play an integral role defining and activating our strategy across elements of the social commerce landscape – driving financial and brand growth through partnerships with platforms, creators, and enterprise partners.  Your primary focus in this role will be to

lead the business operations and insights engine

for Club Target, Target’s 1st party creator program, by owning performance measurement & reporting, forecasting, and insight-led storytelling that helps optimize the program and prove enterprise impact. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Target to implement analysis and learnings – ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way.  You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a deep understanding of marketing, media, and commerce across the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Own Club Target performance measurement and business reporting

, including scorecards across various activation types, KPI definitions, WBR/QBR narratives, and insight-led readouts. •

Drive analysis and forecasting

to identify performance trends, creator health, business risks, and optimization opportunities across the program. •

Translate data and industry insight into business action

, helping the team improve decision-making, strengthen the operating model, and prove enterprise impact • Support team efforts to build a culture that exemplifies the core Target values of connection, inclusivity, and drive • Establish relationships with and partner closely with cross-functional peers across Target – within Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Roundel on strategy development and activation • Support Integrated Media leaders in developing and executing against long-term strategy and goals • Maintain an understanding of the broader digital ecommerce industry – inclusive of evolving shopping behaviors, competitors, and market segments to support strategy development • Support key elements of the Integrated Commerce team operating processes – specifically business planning and OKR routines Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs .

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  • 8+ years of experience business operations, strategy, analytics, program management, marketing operations, or creator/affiliate performance • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business recommendations • Experience building reporting frameworks, readouts, scorecards, and executive-facing narratives • Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives  • Track record of continuous improvement – leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growth  • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience with creator, affiliate, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing programs is a plus This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role   will need to be   performed   both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually,   depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
