About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Supervisory Nurse (GS-14) to lead our 12-bed Adult Intensive Care Unit and our new 3-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), scheduled to open in January 2027. This Nurse Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of our critical care services. The Supervisory Nurse, (Nurse Manager) will oversee clinical operations, patient safety, and quality outcomes across both the Adult ICU and the new Pediatric ICU.
