As a Supply Chain Supervisor at Spectrum, you'll oversee warehouses, support field teams, optimize inventory and maintain high standards in workplace safety, all while making a measurable difference in our supply chain performance.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supervise CPE and materials warehouses, implementing operational procedures and monitoring performance indicators • Recruit, train and guide warehouse staff while managing assignments and performance • Coordinate supply chain operations to meet service agreements and ensure uninterrupted materials flow • Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize excess stock and uphold workplace safety and compliance standards • Collaborate with logistics providers and oversee equipment maintenance, security and budget adherence

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures and periodic high noise levels • Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel and lift up to 80 lbs • Frequent travel between assigned locations

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent or at least 3 years of directly related work experience

Experience

• 3 + years of warehouse experience • 2 + years of inventory or warehouse application experience

Skills

• Ability to work independently • Communicate clearly with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing • Prioritize workloads and handle multiple projects and deadlines • Maintain accurate records • Operate Microsoft Office Suite and bar-coding equipment • Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and basic mathematics Other • Valid driver's license • Forklift safety certification
