Strategic Programs Manager

Key Responsibilities • Contribute to flagship legal technology and AI initiatives across Accenture Legal, including pilot design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. • Help with the implementation of technology and AI solutions, ensuring they are practical, trusted and compliant. Translate complex legal needs into clear technology requirements, working closely with Legal teams, CIO and other cross-functional teams. • Support the management and evolution of Accenture Legal’s global technology estate, including continuous improvement of legal technology tools and platforms. Help manage day-to-day technology and AI operations, service delivery and stakeholder support for global legal teams.  • Help with the evaluation of legal, operational, data and risk considerations in connection with new technology and AI initiatives to build appropriate controls into program design. • Help implement and scale technology and AI pilots for Legal. • Contribute to programs to enable and inspire Legal professionals to adopt AI responsibly including adoption plans, communications, training, enablement materials, use metrics, feedback loops, and success measures. Skills & Experience • Hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with 5+ years of legal experience including AI, legal technology, data, digital and/or related commercial matters. • Demonstrate the ability to contribute efficiently to complex programs or initiatives across stakeholders in a global organization.   • Bring curiosity and practicality to responsible innovation and adoption. • Good communication skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
