About the role

This position is part of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. The incumbent serves as the Senior Human Capital Strategist and will serve as the Acting Director, Division of Human Resources when applicable. The role's primary focus is on DNFSB Human Resources (HR) policy oversight and human capital strategy, leading human capital planning and evaluations, maintaining robust internal controls, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to audits and government wide data calls. US Citizenship is required. Suitable for Federal employment, determined by background investigation. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Direct Deposit of pay is required. Selective Service registration required for male applicants, unless exempt. Status candidates must meet time-in-grade (see Qualifications).
