As a Business Assistant in Audit, you will support senior executives in a fast-paced financial environment. Job Responsibilities

• Manage advanced, proactive diary scheduling for senior meetings and events. • Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies. • Handle internal and external client interactions with professionalism. • Collaborate with support groups and business stakeholders across the organization. • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information collation. • Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks. • Understand and adapt to changing group priorities and business expectations. • Partner with assistants across teams to provide coverage and build networks. • Take ownership of projects and training opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Advanced professional experience in a similar role within the financial industry. • Expertise in executive client handling and relationship building. • Advanced executive diary management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality and professionalism. • Experience in travel coordination and itinerary planning. • Proactive and ownership-driven approach to responsibilities. • High-level technical capabilities and expense system awareness. • Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure. • Strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset. • Attention to detail and high-quality results delivery. • Understanding of investment bank culture and organizational dynamics.
