General Attorney (Labor) (Appellate Litigation Attorney)

This position is located in the Division of Enforcement Litigation, Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch. The function of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch is to conduct the litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals and Supreme Court involving the enforcement or review of Board Orders. This is a developmental position leading to the full performance grade of GS-905-14. The incumbent serves as a general attorney under the general direction of a Supervisory Attorney.
