You will contribute to various stages of the product lifecycle, from concept through production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes. @@HD@@ Job Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Design, develop, and test electrical circuits and systems for medical devices, including embedded systems, power management, sensor interfaces, and communication protocols. • Perform schematic capture, PCB layout design, and component selection, considering factors such as manufacturability, cost, and reliability. • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electrical designs, identifying and resolving issues efficiently. • Develop and execute test plans, analyze test data, and generate comprehensive test reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product integration. • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and technical expertise. • Ensure all designs and processes adhere to relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485) and internal quality system requirements. • Support manufacturing transfer activities, including prototype builds, production test fixture development, and resolving production-related electrical issues. • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of designs, analyses, and test results. • Stay current with emerging electrical engineering technologies and trends relevant to the medical device industry.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 7-10 years of experience in electrical design and development, preferably within the medical device industry or a highly regulated environment. • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle). • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles, power electronics, and embedded systems. • Experience with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and various communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, USB). • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electrical systems using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers). • Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485) is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
