Innovative Platform development and implementation • Collaborate NCS insight and unmet needs to explore collaboration opportunity • Build foundation of medical affairs and clinical research department’s NCS KOL • Develop platform of medical affairs and clinical research department to build foundation • Design and execute NCS innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI • Design and execute internal platform to engage and drive team target alignment, training and knowledge development • Integrate internal data and business analysis insights to support strategic landing and business delivery • Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices, and manage budget within agreed limits
