As Store Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and creates unforgettable moments for every consumer who walks through our doors. @@HD@@ WHAT YOU DO@@/HD@@ • Lead the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up • Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers • Build, lead, coach, and develop a diverse team while creating a strong and inclusive team culture • Drive store performance by managing budgets, operations, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction • Bring NIKE's strategy to life in your store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement • Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines • Partner closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices • Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous experience in store management • Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management • A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment • Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends • Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations Relocation support is not available for this role.
