Medical Support Assistant

The incumbent serves as a Medical Support Assistant (MSA) in the Community Care department, providing essential clerical and administrative support. This role works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care delivery model to support patient care and treatment throughout the Community Care and Mission Act referral processes at VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS), including all Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
