@@HD@@ What you'll do...@@/HD@@ Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates and supervisors are trained company policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation; monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, standards and area production goals; and identifying and resolving internal/external Customer associate, and supervisor concerns. Manage and develop associates and supervisors in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads; communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teaching and supporting company policies and procedures; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, training, and evaluation of associates and supervisors. Manage financial aspects in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Communicate with Customers, suppliers, and/or other Wal-Mart associates verbally or in writing. The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
