About the Role

At Keeptruckin we believe that effective Data Stewardship gives any business a competitive edge. We are seeking a Data Quality analyst to join our newly created Salesforce Data Quality team which will support our growing Sales Organization by providing the highest quality of data to help them sell more. This role is responsible for the quality and integrity of data in our Salesforce org. Candidate should be willing to learn new technologies and should be passionate about data clean up.

What You’ll Do

• Enrich Salesforce Accounts by manually updating records with right firmographic information • Enrich Contacts by adding missing phone numbers, email addresses and titles • Add contacts to new and existing Accounts • Identify and remove duplicate Accounts by leveraging dedupe tools or excel • Merge duplicate Accounts in Salesforce • Prepare Accounts and Contacts to be handed over to Sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Good knowledge of computer skills including excel, google sheets etc • At Least 2-3 years of data entry experience • Good communication skills that can be leveraged to make calls to prospects to obtain account information • Knowledge of VLOOKUP, FUZZY LOGIC , Sorting and Filtering in Excel Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of KeepTruckin's core values.
