Grid Solutions Project Manager, ANZ

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead complex, high-impact non-turnkey grid projects? We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee the full lifecycle of our Grid Solutions projects across the ANZ region. In this role, you will have end-to-end accountability from contract award to final acceptance. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, financial oversight (P&L), and procurement. •

Lead with an uncompromising commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Ensure all project activities adhere strictly to internal governance frameworks and company procedures. •

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors. Build lasting relationships and ensure high Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through clear, proactive communication. •

Manage project P&L, including sales, margin, billing, and cash flow. Provide regular, transparent reporting to leadership via Project Management Reviews (PMRs). •

Travel to project sites to conduct progress reviews, coordination meetings, and safety audits. @@HD@@ About You@@/HD@@

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a local or international university. •

Familiarity with grid products (GIS, AIS, Power Transformers, and Substation systems) is highly valued. •

Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals. •
