Responsibilities - Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics. - Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization. - Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience. @@HD@@- Deeply participate in the exploration of AI applications across the entire search structure. Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in search/recommendation strategy products. - Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams. Job Information@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)@@/HD@@ The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
