, we are currently seeking experienced patent translators to support our growing portfolio of patent translation projects.
We are looking for linguists with proven experience translating patents from English US (en-US) into Slovenian (
sl-SI
).
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating and proofreading patents, specifically in the field of
Biology
.
Project Details
• Job Title: English US into Slovene Patent Translator/LQA Reviewer
• Location: Remote
• Content Type: Biology
• Expected Weighted Volume Per Week: 2,000 to 5,000
• CAT Tool: JIRA, XTM
• Employment Type: Freelance
Main Duties
• Translate patent-related content from English US (en-US) into Slovenian, with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience. The Style adequacy is a key aspect for our client;
• Follow instructions, for example Translation process, CAT tool usage, etc.
• Communicate effectively and response promptly in English.
Requirements
• Minimum two years' experience translating and reviewing content in the patent field of Biology;
• Native fluency in target language;
• Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience.
