Senior MOEM Sales Engineer

, you will act as a strategic, quota-carrying commercial leader responsible for driving business growth by aligning customer objectives with high-value, tailored solutions. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and a consultative selling approach to clearly communicate the differentiated value of Eaton's portfolio and demonstrate how our solutions enable customers to achieve faster, more efficient, and more sustainable outcomes. In this role, you will lead complex sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs. You will also champion the adoption of Eaton's digital ecosystem (eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and digital tools), helping customers maximize value, improve their experience, and strengthen long-term partnerships. A key part of your mission will be to identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing key accounts and prospective customers. You will contribute to shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, while supporting and mentoring external agencies to expand business through the channel. Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (included base salary and Sales Insentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 - EUR 80.960 gross per year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. @@HD@@ What you'll do:@@/HD@@ • Lead prospecting activities, including lead generation and qualification • Conduct thorough needs discovery and opportunity qualification • Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers • Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes • Present and demonstrate solutions to customers • Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions • Monitor pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and maintain CRM accuracy • Conduct deal reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders • Support channel partners and agencies to drive business growth • Ensure consistent administration and compliance with sales processes

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments

Skills

• Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer value creation • Fluency in Italian and English
