Full-time, In person/On site @@HD@@ What will you do?@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ • Strategic Leadership:@@/HD@@ Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics. •

Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends. •

Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects. •

Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value.

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred) • 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment • Proven leadership and team management experience • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen
