About The Role We are looking for a Client Solutions Strategic Data Analyst to join our Client Solutions Team for the North America region. This role will play a key part in developing strategic, customized solutions that connect TikTok's advertising products with clients' business objectives. The Strategic Data Analyst works closely with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Operations teams to design data-driven strategies and tailored solutions for complex business challenges. This will include generating insights, using data and business research, to proactively identify revenue opportunities. The role combines consultative thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of media products to unlock growth opportunities for clients and the business. In addition to responding to client needs, this role proactively identifies opportunities to drive product adoption, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen the implementation of TikTok's global commercial frameworks. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and scalable solutions. Responsibilities - Perform regular monitoring of key business metrics to provide on-time feedback to relevant stakeholders of the outliers or actionable trends observed - Prepare weekly/monthly/bi-monthly business review reports for leaders and key stakeholders to drive business decision-making and alignment - Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify strategic insights, trends, and optimization opportunities - Develop data-driven recommendations that improve client outcomes and inform TikTok's go-to-market strategies - Generate insights on revenue opportunities at a product and vertical level - Maintain team documents to ensure relevance (e.g., data mapping, support schedules) - Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure smooth project execution, drive stakeholder communication/alignment, govern the project timeline, and ensure ownership @@HD@@ Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years in a digital marketing company, with proven experience in business analysis and project management - Practical skills and experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Thinkcell, and PowerPoint - Experience working with data analysis and insights generation, including querying, data interpretation, and dashboard analysis - Able to story-tell based on multiple data sources and business context to derive meaningful and strategic insights for the business - Excellent English written (clear document writing, presentation making) and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Strategic thinking capacity, able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business and data performance, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and strategic narratives - Strong business analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills @@HD@@- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes Job Information@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)@@/HD@@ The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $168000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
