About the role

We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with members

via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being •

Triage cases

based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information •

Review medical records

to understand patient history and provide informed guidance •

Document clearly and accurately

in patient records using veterinary terminology •

Verify and process prescriptions

, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests •

Deliver top-tier client care

with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video •

Follow protocols

, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case •

Collaborate cross-functionally

, providing feedback to improve processes and systems •

Credentialed Veterinary Technician

at least two years of experience

in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required). •

Minimum ISP parameters

: >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency • Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods

A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the California Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on geographic location.
