Position Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities projects from start to finish – planning, budgeting, execution and follow-through. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to keep projects on track and on budget. • Coordinate with local agencies on zoning, permitting and compliance. • Keep leadership informed with clear, timely updates on project progress and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Proven experience managing commercial and residential construction projects. • 3+ years supervising construction or facilities teams; CAD knowledge is

a plus.

• Familiarity with building systems and trades - electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety systems and finish work. • Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
