Project Officer - GTL Logistics - Indonesia

Team Introduction Project team is responsible for coordinating and managing technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all technical specifications and quality standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities - Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality requirements. - Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, procurement, etc.) to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the project. - Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. - Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status, changes, and issues. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering best practices. - Procure and manage resources required for the project. - Review and approve technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations. - Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. - Resolve technical problems and issues as they arise during the project lifecycle. @@HD@@- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). - Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar engineering project management role. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). - Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations. - Proficiency in technical software related to the engineering field such as AutoCAD - Able to communicate in English well. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
