@@HD@@ Role Overview@@/HD@@ The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to GCIB senior leader(s), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective management of schedules, communications, and priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. @@HD@@ Key Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials • Support meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups • Maintain organization of documents, files, and records • Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative initiatives as needed • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting senior leaders • Prior exposure to financial services or a corporate environment • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
