Registered Nurse (Chief of Quality)

Quality Manager provides leadership, oversight, direction and development in performance improvement, utilization review, risk management, patient safety, data management, strategic and operational planning, and performance management processes throughout the Medical Center. The Quality Manager functions in a leadership role assisting and supporting the Director in accomplishing the goals of the Medical Center. U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.
