As a People Partner Intern, you will serve as a strategic "Transformation Bridge" to the Senior Regional HR People Partner, across Middle East and Africa. • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience or focused academic coursework in HR, people analytics, or HR operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; experience with HRIS (Workday) is strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to present complex data to stakeholders and experience managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced or multi-country environment.
