PROGRAM ANALYST (T32)

This position is part of the Air Support Operations Squadron on Ellington Field located in Houston, TX. The primary purpose of the position is to provide management with objectively based information to effectively assess the group and squadron ability to meet the operations, training, and readiness missions in support of fielding a complex tactical communications-electronics weapons system. Texas is one of 9 states with NO state income tax. Appointment Factors: This is an Excepted Service position that requires active membership in a compatible military assignment in the Texas Air National Guard and wear of the military uniform. Area(s) of Consideration: Nationwide Excepted. This includes: All currently employed full-time permanent, indefinite and temporary personnel of the Texas Air National Guard. All current members of the Texas Air National Guard and individuals eligible for membership in the Texas Air National Guard. Remarks: Trainees Accepted This position will require that the selectee participate in and complete field training requirements in accordance with AFMAN 10-3531 V1 Tactical Air Control Party Weapon System.. Upon selection, individuals must be assigned to a compatible military AFSC/MOS in accordance with statutes and National Guard Bureau regulations and must obtain/maintain all requirements of the AFSC/MOS.
