TikTok Commerce - Consumables Category Account Manager

Responsibilities - Recruit top beauty and personal care business partners in Mexico to TikTok; - Recruit business partners and guide them to join the platform, upload products, connect them with necessary technical support, and assist in product selection; - Develop TikTok content strategies for partners, leveraging partners' in-house teams, agencies, and influencers to grow their TikTok business; - Collaborate with partners to develop medium and long-term commerce strategies, including product selection, content, campaign, and new product introductions, to ensure long-term success; - Encourage partners to improve product and service quality, enhancing the platform's ecosystem. @@HD@@ Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum qualification: - Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience in the beauty and personal care products industry and at least 1 years in commerce. - Knowledge of the Mexican XX market ecosystem, regulatory policies, leading brands, and the latest trends; - Results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and responsibility; - Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; - Fluency in both English and Spanish. Preferred qualification: - Capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategie; - Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure.
