Assistant General Counsel, Vice President

• Minimum of a bachelors degree, Juris Doctor or equivalent. • Strong post-qualification experience in a firm, financial institution or comparable experience. • Indepth knowledge of Luxembourg and European investment management legal issues, including pertinent regulations and guidance on investment advisory issues relating to alternatives products. • Strong understanding of private fund formation and private fund structures. • Willingness to develop knowledge of new fund structures, investment products, asset classes, lines of business, and areas of law. • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and organisational skills, with proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior business partners and clients. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making capabilities. • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise multiple projects, and manage competing deadlines effectively. • Proactive, responsive, and dynamic team player with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong leadership qualities. @@HD@@ ABOUT US@@/HD@@ J.P.
