Supervisory Market Data Analyst (Associate Director)

The Division of Data was established in October 2020. Our team is committed to empowering the CFTC to make data‐driven decisions by harnessing data to develop and deploy sophisticated enterprise analytics and AI capabilities, modernize and streamline data analytics tools and technologies, improve data standardization and compliance, and promote a data‐informed workforce that enhances mission and operational performance. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas: Strategic Thinking - Ability to formulate objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization in a global environment. Skill in capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks. Leadership - Ability to influence, motivate, and challenge others; adapt leadership styles to a variety of situations.
