These critical roles will lead teams in delivering robust subsystem solutions, supporting hardware and software integration, and ensuring alignment across multiple airplane systems and stakeholders. This person will be responsible for engineering leadership and oversight of the following systems: power generation, power distribution, proximity sensing systems, interior and exterior lighting, cardfiles, and electrical load analysis . The position includes responsibility for developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, setting operational goals for the team, and acquiring the financial and technical resources needed for successful program execution. This role also includes a significant level of mentoring, developing, and motivating direct reports. Candidates applying for this position should be comfortable providing both

@@HD@@ Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):@@/HD@@ • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil. • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Computing or Mechatronics). • Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA). • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language. • Experience of Electrical engineering. • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”  @@HD@@  Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):@@/HD@@ • Experience in the development, integration, and verification of electrical systems. • Master’s degree in an engineering related field or Business Administration (MBA). • Experience in requirements management and system safety assessment/functional hazard assessment methodology. • Experience working within a regulated industry. • Experience with or a desire to learn and implement more Model-Based Engineering (MBE) / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods.
