This position collaborates with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to identify and address individual student needs. The technician position includes monitoring student progress, organizing workshops or events, and promoting student engagement and involvement in school activities. The Student Success Technician plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivers information via telephone, in person, and online. • Performs general office duties, including data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks. • Ensures compliance with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, and OSHA standards, and wears personal protective gear if required. • Provides guidance and support to students by referring them to appropriate resources within CNM. • Offers explanations and interpretations of CNM policies, procedures, and programs through various communication channels, including telephone, in-person interactions, and online platforms. • Performs a variety of general office duties such as data entry, retrieval, manual and electronic processing, and answering telephones. • Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. • Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources and provides explanations and interpretations of CNM policies, procedures, and programs

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND Two (2) years of experience • Experience as a student employee is considered • A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements of the position •

• Preference: Bilingual in Spanish and English • Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm. Occasional Saturday • Montoya Campus
