Job Summary
Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs. Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements. Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right environment. Coaches and develops plant staff. Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant. Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain. Manages the community involvement. Drives internal cross-functional interactions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
Experience managing Outside Processing (OSP) operations for winding processes and complete product manufacturing is required. Prior experience working with a unionized workforce and demonstrated capability in managing labor relations, workforce engagement, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
