Agile - Release Train Engineer (RTE) (Experienced and Senior)

. This position will lead and/or support an agile organization to implement new software capabilities within the platform as defined by a capability roadmap. The organization is responsible for the full lifecycle of software development including requirements, design, implementation, and testing for mission systems. The agile leader will be a servant leader and coach who oversees and optimizes the flow of value on the program using various tools including Jira and Confluence. The responsibilities of this position include: facilitating workshops as needed, escalate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and drive relentless improvement. This leader will also coach leaders and teams in new processes and mindsets and will help sustain and relentlessly improve the Agile execution on the program.   The candidate must have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices, and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large organization with multiple stakeholders.
