About the role
The Office of Resolution Management (ORM) supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA's) enduring commitment to improve the lives of employees, Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors. ORM has the responsibility for managing the EEO complaints for the entire Department of Veterans Affairs and advises VA senior leaders through enterprise governance boards and processes on a wide range of cultural health issues that cut across VA.

Upon completion of your one year probationary period or two year trial period your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
