Production Lead

Job Summary: As a Lead Production Associate, you will guide and coach your team on the production line to ensure maximum productivity and safety. Working alongside your colleagues, you'll model best practices for GMP, SQF, and PPE policies while collaborating closely with supervisors. This role requires standing and walking for 10-12 hours per shift. You must be able to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
