The Title Operations Lead is responsible for the end-to-end campaign project management and budget tracking of title campaigns across the Apple TV programming slate. They are the go-to operational partner to teams across Marketing, PR, Partnerships, Content Production, Product and Services Operations, driving clarity on holistic campaign needs including, budgets, timelines, approvals, and readiness. Individuals in this role have deep expertise in all aspects of creative operations strategy, production feasibility, and risk mitigation, and can easily navigate competing priorities and day-to-day escalations. @@HD@@ Description@@/HD@@ Leads project and budget management across multiple title campaigns ensuring these stay on scope/budget, and overseeing holistic execution of campaign components and asset fulfillment to meet marketing, publicity, partner, and platform needs. Partners with internal Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive alignment on campaign needs and milestones, so that asset lists are comprehensive yet optimized and production timelines are agile and realistic and creative reviews run smoothly. Partners closely with producers and other operational leads across the company to ensure assets meet high quality standards, technical requirements, clearances, and timelines. Ensures effective communication of information and next steps across all stakeholders, acting as central point of contact on campaign inquiries, timelines, and production updates. Owns campaign risk mitigation and escalation management, anticipating roadblocks and orchestrating action plans across teams to bridge gaps and drive solutions. Drives best practices in title operations workflows and processes, towards continuous improved operational efficiency, quality, and simplicity. @@HD@@ Preferred Qualifications@@/HD@@ Preferred experience at a network, studio, or streaming service experience; additional experience at media agency or similar role ideally in entertainment Experience delivering succinct, actionable, and effective written and verbal communication to multiple cross-functional partners, working collaboratively to drive alignment and to solve for project needs, with the ability to juggle dozens of stakeholders at once Effective collaborator who possess excellent interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating creative input from multiple functional groups, garnering trust and influence Positive attitude, confident, flexible, decisive, solutions-oriented Effective at driving and managing change. Able to nimbly re-prioritize and adapt Ability to cut through ambiguity and find the path forward, despite uncertainty or challenges Change management experience - developing and/or driving new tooling or processes @@HD@@ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications@@/HD@@ 8-10+ years of marketing operations, creative production, or account management experience at a network/studio or media agency with an emphasis on entertainment. Proven track record running multiple high profile title marketing campaigns, specifically leading multi-disciplinary creative operations workflows and timelines. Solutions-oriented and adaptable, able to quickly pivot to explore alternate solutions and work through ambiguity. Proficient in all creative asset types and workflows, including TV, Digital, Social, and Print/Outdoor advertising formats and methodologies. Knowledge of assets rights management, clearances, and licensing agreements, as well as talent/legal creative approval workflows. @@HD@@ Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenses. Pay & Benefits@@/HD@@ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
