About the Team TikTok LIVE empowers content creators to build real-time connections with their audiences through interactive livestreaming. As this feature continues to thrive globally, our mission is to define success in the livestreaming space through innovation, strategy, and operational excellence. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Country Manager to lead TikTok LIVE operations across emerging markets. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale local operations while working closely with global product and strategy teams to shape the future of livestreaming. Responsibilities - Lead and scale TikTok LIVE operations across key emerging markets, translating product vision and strategic direction into actionable business goals and execution plans. - Own the regional livestreaming business: identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, and content partners. - Drive online and offline marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, educational programs, and participation in industry events and forums. - Partner closely with top creators to boost engagement and retention; contribute to revenue and monetization strategies by aligning product offerings with user demand and market trends. - Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact. @@HD@@ Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, marketing, or business operations in technology, media, entertainment, or related industries. - 5+ years of leadership and team management experience. - Strong business acumen and familiarity with the dynamics of emerging markets, has 0 to 1 market launch experience. - Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience launching and scaling teams or operations from the ground up. - Strong understanding of local economic and financial landscapes. - Proven track record in managing public or government relations is a plus.
