Global Supply Chain Strategy Director

to make an impact! @@HD@@Mission (About the Role) @@/HD@@ • The vision of the Strategy Prospective team is to drive and enhance Schneider Electric's supply chain strategy with

innovation, industry best-practices and competitive benchmarking.

• The key objectives of the team are to develop

long-term vision of GSC

, and bring in disruptive ideas to challenge status quo, long-term strategic plan development. • As part of the Strategy Prospective team, you are entrusted to conduct robust research, analyze cutting-edge innovations and best-practices, develop recommendations and influence key stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end long term strategic planning of supply chain including enhancing current processes through digitization and innovation. • Develop effective and impactful storyline/ presentations for Excom, Board discussions. • Lead end-to-end resilience framework, digital tool and drive governance. • Lead/ support short strategy studies involving outside-in research, internal data analysis, external trends to develop recommendations for supply chain strategy • Research best practices and share with internal stakeholders through newsletters, open lines and other avenues. • Work with/influence senior stakeholders, Senior Vice Presidents on key strategic aspects

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• MBA/Masters Degree from Tier 1 university • Minimum 10 years of supply chain strategy and/or Management Consulting experience with MBB consulting firms • End to end supply chain understanding/ experience and b usiness acumen • Ability to own and lead initiatives and manage senior stakeholders • Conduct desktop research, interview internal and external experts to get insights • Analyze data and develop key insights • Problem solve and become thought partner for stakeholders • Prepare effective communication material (power points/ word documents) • Structure and synthesize research insights into actionable next steps
