The Walmart+ Finance Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the Walmart+ membership business. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including eCommerce, Merchandising, and Operations-to deliver actionable insights, optimize business performance, and support growth initiatives. The Senior Manager leads the development of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, and provides financial guidance on new membership initiatives. This role partners with business leaders to drive growth, optimize profitability, and ensure sound financial decision-making across the Walmart+ program. Key responsibilities: • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Walmart+. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives, benefit launches, and growth strategies. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health of the Walmart+ business. • Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and business cases to senior leadership. • Support the evaluation of new business models, partnerships, and investment opportunities. • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements. • Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
