Production Planner

As a Production Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:  • Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility • Identifying and leading cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive improvements in service, cost, and inventory • Utilizing Supply Chain tools and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory • Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making • Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results • Analyzes capacity to determine equipment loading and resources required • Works closely with the business unit to understand customer requirements and forecasts.  • Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining target inventory levels and lead times • Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment target
