FP1 Production High Risk Zone Supervisor

Job Purpose and Impact The Plant Supervisor will implement and execute production for a less complex plant. We seek a professional to ensure responsibilities meet standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance. Key Accountabilities • Monitor and provide guidance on all aspects of the overall operational management of a less complex plant. • Administer production budget for a department, process or shift. • Monitor deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications. • Execute day-to-day operations, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety. • Other duties as assigned • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum one year of directly related work experience • Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications • One year of supervisory experience
