You will coordinate the employment and onboarding functions, identify recruitment sources and strategies, lead the social media and talent brand initiatives. In this role, you will also facilitate the hiring process from applicant sourcing/screening to onboarding/orientation for assigned areas of responsibility. As the Manager, you will Implementation of new technologies, policies, and procedures are the responsibility of the manager. You will oversee the recruiters, the secretarial pool, and the onboarding team.
