Senior Manual QA Engineer with ScrumMaster skills

We offer a hybrid work model with a mix of remote and on-site work at EPAM's Nicosia office. @@HD@@ #LI-DNI@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional testing • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and devise effective test strategies • Identify, document and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring thorough defect resolution • Conduct regression testing to verify that existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes • Participate in code reviews, providing insights on testability and quality • Engage in UI/API testing, supporting and conducting tests as required • Manage tasks and track issues through sprint boards and ticketing systems, maintaining organized records • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth and efficient team operations • Proactively remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and identify areas for optimization • Support Product Owners in maintaining a well-organized product backlog and ensuring clear communication of product goals

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes • Experience with integration testing tools and testing of mobile-optimized web UIs
