Payroll Systems Coordinator

to support the accurate and efficient management of employee data within our payroll systems. This role is critical in ensuring employee lifecycle transactions are processed accurately, compliance requirements are maintained, and data integrity remains at the center of every action. What You'll Do

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, terminations, and payroll updates • Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and related systems • Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance and accuracy • Support process improvements and automation initiatives • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries • Assist with location updates, deduction changes, transfers, and payroll invoicing activities

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of payroll, HRIS, or employee data management experience • Experience with ADP systems • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements

Pay Range

$65,100.00 – $75,000.00* *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
